CITY SERVICES
Our City location offers Small Group PT sessions only, with no more than six clients per group. This setup provides the closest experience to 1:1 personal training—without the 1:1 price tag—while also giving you the added benefits of group motivation and a supportive community.

This membership includes a thorough initial one-on-one assessment of your technique, lifestyle, and nutrition. We'll evaluate and enhance your strength, mobility and cardiovascular fitness. Your dedicated coach will help you establish achievable goals, and we'll work closely with you each week to reach your desired outcomes.

If you want to focus purely on your training to develop and progress your strength, fitness and mobility then our PAYG bundles are a great option for you.

Small Group PT sessions offer the perfect balance of personalised coaching and group motivation. You’ll benefit from the energy of training alongside others while still receiving focused attention from your coach. It’s an opportunity to experience one-to-one coaching paired with a results-driven, premium training plan.
The package you choose depends on your level of commitment and desired progress. For optimal results, training 3–4 times a week is ideal, but starting with 2–3 sessions a week is also a great option. If consistency, results, and a proven programme are your priorities, the monthly package is the best choice.
We'd highly recommend you complete the Foundation program before signing up, however you can sign up without doing so. This group is focused more on what an actual session in a gym may look like, while also taking on more complex exercises and training methods not covered in the Foundations. Is evey suitable for beginners?Yes, absolutely. Even if you’ve never weight trained before. The Foundations Course is the best place for you to start.

Is evey hijabi friendly?Absolutely. Our studio is private so please feel free to either wear or remove your coverings.

I’m injured/ pregnant or have an issue that affects the way I train, can I still sign up?In 99% of cases, yes. But please reach out before you book just to make sure we can accommodate you.

Will the workouts be adjusted to personal workout levels?Where we can, yes. We understand everyone is at a different level and we’ll always try to ensure you’re pushed appropriately.

Will there be nutritional guidance?Yes, you’ll receive advice and guidance on how best to support your training with your nutrition.

Can I attend in a drop in basis, or is it a structured programme?The Foundations Course is a structured programme which you need to attend from the beginning. However, you can attend our other classes on a PAYG basis. If you haven’t been a member of evey before, we would highly suggest completing the Foundations Course. Please get in touch if you’d like to know more.

Is there parking available?At our Ealing location, there are two local Multi-Storey Car Parks right by the Gym. The closest Car Park is Springbridge Multi-Storey Car Park. At the City location there are pay & display bays on Lever Street and adjacent streets.

How does the eveyX accountability service work?Our weekly touchpoints and personalised accountability programme are designed to keep you on track and help you achieve your goals more effectively. Here’s how it works: Video Consultation: When you join, we’ll arrange a video call to get to know you, your goals, and what you’d like to achieve. Together, we’ll create a realistic game plan tailored to you, including clear expectations for the week ahead. Weekly Check-ins: At the end of each week, you’ll submit a weekly report. Every Monday, you’ll receive personalised feedback, adjustments, and guidance to keep you progressing. Exclusive Nutrition Resources: You’ll gain access to resources that include gluten-free, dairy-free, quick and easy meals, as well as protein powder-free options for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. These meals are designed to meet all the macros you need according to our nutrition guide. This programme is perfect for those who are ready to take their results to the next level and commit to putting in the effort. Goals will be set based on what’s achievable for you, with actionable plans to follow—and we’ll adjust as needed to ensure steady progress.
