Is evey suitable for beginners?Yes, absolutely. Even if you’ve never weight trained before. The Foundations Course is the best place for you to start.

Are all the trainers female?Yes!

Is evey hijabi friendly?Absolutely. Our studio is private so please feel free to either wear or remove your coverings.

What makes evey different?We have an unwavering commitment to ensure you’re lifting safely and correctly. We want to make sure your technique is built on the strongest base possible so you can continue to grow in the most effective way and reach the best results.

I’m injured/ pregnant or have an issue that affects the way I train, can I still sign up?In 99% of cases, yes. But please reach out before you book just to make sure we can accommodate you.

Will the workouts be adjusted to personal workout levels?Where we can, yes. We understand everyone is at a different level and we’ll always try to ensure you’re pushed appropriately.

Will there be nutritional guidance?Yes, you’ll receive advice and guidance on how best to support your training with your nutrition.

Can I attend in a drop in basis, or is it a structured programme?The Foundations Course is a structured programme which you need to attend from the beginning. However, you can attend our other classes on a PAYG basis. If you haven’t been a member of evey before, we would highly suggest completing the Foundations Course. Please get in touch if you’d like to know more.

What if I can’t make all 8 weeks of the Foundations Course?Please get in touch and we’ll be able to advise.

Is there parking available?At our Ealing location, there are two local Multi-Storey Car Parks right by the Gym. The closest Car Park is Springbridge Multi-Storey Car Park. At the City location there are pay & display bays on Lever Street and adjacent streets.

How does the eveyX accountability service work?Our weekly touchpoints and personalised accountability programme are designed to keep you on track and help you achieve your goals more effectively. Here’s how it works: Video Consultation: When you join, we’ll arrange a video call to get to know you, your goals, and what you’d like to achieve. Together, we’ll create a realistic game plan tailored to you, including clear expectations for the week ahead. Weekly Check-ins: At the end of each week, you’ll submit a weekly report. Every Monday, you’ll receive personalised feedback, adjustments, and guidance to keep you progressing. Exclusive Nutrition Resources: You’ll gain access to resources that include gluten-free, dairy-free, quick and easy meals, as well as protein powder-free options for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. These meals are designed to meet all the macros you need according to our nutrition guide. This programme is perfect for those who are ready to take their results to the next level and commit to putting in the effort. Goals will be set based on what’s achievable for you, with actionable plans to follow—and we’ll adjust as needed to ensure steady progress.
