Ealing Programs & Memberships

6 Week Program

This program is designed for all fitness levels to achieve sustainable transformations by optimizing training, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and movement.

 

You’ll discover not just how to train but also how to optimize your nutrition, hydration, sleep, and movement for guaranteed results. This program is dedicated to maximizing your progress and development each week, and is suitable for all levels.

What's included?

​

- 2x60 minute group PT session each week. 

​

- Sessions take place in our private, female-only studio, providing a supportive and welcoming space.

​

- All sessions are one hour long and held in a small group setting. Each member is assigned a coach  (max 8 ladies per PT).

​

- Our training is suitable for all fitness levels (including working with injuries and managing/adjusting for  injuries).

​

- Your training is developed weekly by our PTs. We track and monitor your progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure you continue to see results.

​

- Includes your own 121 coach who will work with you on your nutrition, water, sleep and activity

(121 consultation followed by weekly targets/goals and weekly check-ins to build up and develop each area with you each week)

​

- At the end of your six weeks; you'll receive a review of your 6 week progress and feedback on each area and the best next steps for you.

This group mimics a real gym, incorporating advanced exercises and training methods beyond our Foundations program. Our personal trainers are here to ensure effective training while you work towards your goals and elevate your fitness.

 

Our sessions cover all your favourite body parts, cardio, mobility, and skill development, including exercises like push-ups and pull-ups.

 

Class Schedule:

- Full Body 1: Tuesday, 8:30 PM

- Full Body 2: Thursday, 6:05 LM

- Full Body 2: Friday, 7:30 PM

- Metcon & Mobility: Sunday, 12:30 PM
