Foundations Program - our 8 week challenge

These 8 weeks are crafted to help you achieve lasting results and meaningful changes. We will explore the training techniques and styles that lead to sustainable transformations. You’ll discover not just how to train but also how to optimize your nutrition, hydration, sleep, and movement for guaranteed results.

 

This program is dedicated to maximizing your progress and development each week. The training you engage in will prepare you for the next stages of weight training, continuing your journey toward achieving your goals.

 

What's included?

- 1x60 minute group PT session each week.

- A small group setting with two personal trainers.

- Ongoing support via WhatsApp.

- Weekly workouts and tasks to complete.

- Regular check-ins to guide you through the program.

- A nutrition guide to help you eat well in a way you enjoy, supporting your goals.

- Training methods focused on achieving results as we progress together.

- All necessary materials ensure you reach your desired outcomes—no more guessing!

 

During your sessions, will focus on the 5 key movements: Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Rows, and Overhead Press. Each week, you’ll progress through new techniques, exercises, challenging weights, or different tempos. This program is designed to help you build confidence and grow week by week while being challenging. It’s suitable for beginners, even if you’ve never lifted weights before. However, don’t be misled by the term "foundation"—this group will still push you, regardless of your experience, with everything tailored to your needs.

Monthly Membership

What's included? 

  • 3x60 minute session per week.

  • Limited size groups with two PT's.

  • Challenging & varied programmes which change every month to keep you progressing, engaged and enjoying yourself

  • Nutrition support & guidance.

  • Access to our comprehensive exercise video library which will support your nutrition, recovery and mobility goals.

  • Covering major and fundamental areas of your training for noticable fitness, physical and mental transformation.

  • Designated coach whol will support you to escalate your progress and the end results you are here for, and will work closely with you each week to reach your desired outcomes (available with the eveyX membership) . 

This group is designed to simulate a real gym session, incorporating more advanced exercises and training methods beyond those covered in our Foundations program. Our PTs are here to ensure you’re training effectively, progressing toward your goals, and taking your fitness to the next level.

Our sessions focus on all your favorite body parts, cardio, mobility, and skill development, including exercises like push-ups and pull-ups.

  • Metcon & Mobility: Sunday, 11:15 AM

  • Full Body 1: Tuesday, 8:30 PM

  • Full Body 2: Friday, 7:30 PM

If you haven’t completed the Foundations program with evey, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the same level of personal attention needed to bring you up to speed with the rest of the group. To ensure the best experience, feel free to contact us before booking if this applies to you!

  • Is evey suitable for beginners?
    Yes, absolutely. Even if you’ve never weight trained before. The Foundations Course is the best place for you to start.
  • Are all the trainers female?
    Yes!
  • Is evey hijabi friendly?
    Absolutely. Our studio is private so please feel free to either wear or remove your coverings.
  • What makes evey different?
    We have an unwavering commitment to ensure you’re lifting safely and correctly. We want to make sure your technique is built on the strongest base possible so you can continue to grow in the most effective way and reach the best results.
  • I’m injured/ pregnant or have an issue that affects the way I train, can I still sign up?
    In 99% of cases, yes. But please reach out before you book just to make sure we can accommodate you.
  • Will the workouts be adjusted to personal workout levels?
    Where we can, yes. We understand everyone is at a different level and we’ll always try to ensure you’re pushed appropriately.
  • Will there be nutritional guidance?
    Yes, you’ll receive advice and guidance on how best to support your training with your nutrition.
  • Can I attend in a drop in basis, or is it a structured programme?
    The Foundations Course is a structured programme which you need to attend from the beginning. However, you can attend our other classes on a PAYG basis. If you haven’t been a member of evey before, we would highly suggest completing the Foundations Course. Please get in touch if you’d like to know more.
  • What if I can’t make all 8 weeks of the Foundations Course?
    Please get in touch and we’ll be able to advise.
  • Is there parking available?
    At our Ealing location, there are two local Multi-Storey Car Parks right by the Gym. The closest Car Park is Springbridge Multi-Storey Car Park. At the City location there are pay & display bays on Lever Street and adjacent streets.
  • How does the eveyX accountability service work?
    Our weekly touchpoints and personalised accountability programme are designed to keep you on track and help you achieve your goals more effectively. Here’s how it works: Video Consultation: When you join, we’ll arrange a video call to get to know you, your goals, and what you’d like to achieve. Together, we’ll create a realistic game plan tailored to you, including clear expectations for the week ahead. Weekly Check-ins: At the end of each week, you’ll submit a weekly report. Every Monday, you’ll receive personalised feedback, adjustments, and guidance to keep you progressing. Exclusive Nutrition Resources: You’ll gain access to resources that include gluten-free, dairy-free, quick and easy meals, as well as protein powder-free options for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. These meals are designed to meet all the macros you need according to our nutrition guide. This programme is perfect for those who are ready to take their results to the next level and commit to putting in the effort. Goals will be set based on what’s achievable for you, with actionable plans to follow—and we’ll adjust as needed to ensure steady progress.
