Cancellation Policy

Please be reminded to cancel your class at least 60 minutes before its scheduled start time. Failure to do so, or not showing up for your class without prior notice, will result in 1 strike being recorded against your account. Accumulating 3 strikes will lead to a restriction where you can only book classes on the day of the class itself, rather than in advance. Thank you for your cooperation.
