The Foundations Program - 8 focused weeks

These 8 weeks are crafted to help you achieve lasting results and meaningful changes. We will explore the training techniques and styles that lead to sustainable transformations. You’ll discover not just how to train but also how to optimize your nutrition, hydration, sleep, and movement for guaranteed results.
This program is dedicated to maximizing your progress and development each week. The training you engage in will prepare you for the next stages of weight training, continuing your journey toward achieving your goals.

What's you can expect?

- A structured 8-week program designed for beginners or novice gym goes in strength training, focused on building confidence, solid technique, and long-term results
​
- Held in our private, female-only studio, with a supportive and welcoming environment
​
- Weekly small group 1hr session (Sundays 1:45pm) with a coach guiding you through key strength movements
​
- 2 additional workouts/week to complete independently (gym or home-friendly options)
- Ongoing support via WhatsApp.
- Weekly goals set by your coach and personalised feedback based on your check-ins
- Step-by-step nutrition coaching to help build better habits around food, energy and recovery
